Israel faces ANOTHER general elections on Sep. 17 after voting on April 9! Why? The media will tell you a tail of “Netanyahu failed to form a government.” Rubbish! The problem is – Israeli democracy electoral system is structured for failure. Why? Voters vote ONLY for a party in the Parliament. It’s up to the leader of a party that can form a coalition with at least 61 members out of 120 to form a government. In April the Likud was largest party 35 seats. BB had to negotiate with MANY small parties in hope to reach 61! They all have unrealistic demands. A failed structure that governs Israel! For years I have researched, lectured and written about this trap! My research is in “Public Policy and Electoral Reform; The Case of Israel” https://lnkd.in/drUVEFt https://lnkd.in/dgFartF https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6539887677242646530
