Today, January 27, 2020, 75 years after the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, we remember the more than six million Jews (more than 1 million children) who were senselessly murdered in the Holocaust just because they were Jews! More than 200 survivors gather to mark the event. We will always remember with pain those who perished and by vowing: Never Again. “O G‑d, full of compassion, Who dwells on high, grant true rest upon the wings of the Shechinah (Divine Presence), in the exalted spheres of the holy and pure, who shine as the resplendence of the firmament, to the soul of those who perished in the Holocaust.” At the same time, that the world marks the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, anti-Semitic attacks are on the rise!
